Refund Policy – Royal Optics UK

At Royal Optics UK, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we are here to help.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that:

  • The item is in its original condition and unused,

  • All original packaging and accessories are included,

  • You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).


2. Non-Refundable Items

We cannot issue refunds for:

  • Personalised or custom lens orders (including multifocal or prescription lenses),

  • Gift cards,

  • Items returned damaged or used, unless faulty.


3. Defective or Faulty Products

If your item is defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Photos of the damage and a brief description may be required to process your request.


4. How to Request a Refund

  • Your full name,

  • Order number,

  • Reason for the return or refund request,

  • Photos if applicable.

We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.


5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method,

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days depending on your bank.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement again,

  • Contact your payment provider,

7. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.


8. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
